Management Board and Supervisory Board
Stichting Harmony Institute adopted two tier governance system and has a Supervisory Board and a Management Board. Members of both Board are as follows:

Remuneration policy
Supervisory Board Members will be paid no remuneration for the activities connected with their duties. They are however entitled to the reimbursement of any not excessive costs incurred by them in the course of their duties, such as a reasonable attendance-fee to join meetings of the Supervisory Board or joint meetings of the Management Board and Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board may grant Management Board Members a remuneration for the performance of the activities connected with their duties. Besides, they are also entitled to the reimbursement of any not excessive costs incurred by them in the course of their duties.
